Minimum Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an education-related field and one (1) year of appropriate experience with early childhood education, specifically working with children ages 0-5 within an established early childhood program.
Special Conditions
The department is particularly interested in candidates with experience supporting children and families in an early childhood setting.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule.

Supporting school operations:
Oversees supply ordering.
Oversees all program fees, revenue, and payments.
Oversees facilities and coordinates with responsible UofM departments for support, repair, and maintenance.
Build and maintain relationships with department across campus to support faculty and staff with Human Resources, Finance, and Facilities.
Hire, Support, and Manage part time student workers across the program and ELRC campus.

Job Duties

Aids in the day to day operation, functions, and staffing of the Lipman Early Learning and Research Center (ELRC) as a laboratory/demonstration school and research center.
Communicates with and supports parents, families, and children of ELRC.
Manages recruitment and enrollment of children for the academic year and summer programs.
Oversees all administrative aspects of the ELRC including budget management, supplies, invoicing, tuition, data management, etc.
Responsible for oversight of buildings, grounds, and equipment for safety, security, cleanliness and orderliness. Aids with all building management requests and facilities coordination.
Provides support for faculty, staff, graduate assistants, volunteers, and University practicum students. Facilitates all staff schedules and on-boarding.
Provides oversight for school enrichment programming, special event programming, and summer camp programming with the support of the Lipman ELRC staff in partnership with the Assistant Director, Extended Learning.
Performs other duties as assigned.
