Overview:
The Director of Operations at Inquisitive Mind Tutoring will oversee critical functions such as tutor and student recruitment, ensuring client satisfaction, managing tutor and student schedules, and leading professional development. This role also involves attending outreach events and ensuring operational excellence across the tutoring team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead tutor and student recruitment initiatives
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Manage tutor and student schedules
- Conduct training and professional development for tutors
- Attend outreach and networking events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Previous experience in educational/tutoring operations, logistics, or scheduling
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ideal Candidate:
Candidate has administrative experience in the education setting.
Pay: $1500-3000 per month
