Position Overview:
Empower Memphis is seeking a dynamic and engaging Part-Time PE Teacher to support students’ physical development and wellness. This educator will help foster lifelong habits of fitness, teamwork, and health through engaging physical education classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead developmentally appropriate PE lessons aligned to state standards.
- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior through structured play
- Maintain safety and order in the gym and play areas.
- Track student participation and progress in physical skills
- Collaborate with staff on wellness initiatives and school events.
