Position Overview:

Empower Memphis is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive School Operations Coordinator to help lead day-to-day logistical and administrative support for the school. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations that enable instructional staff to focus on teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front office operations, student records, attendance, and communications.
• Support enrollment, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and reporting requirements.
• Assist with scheduling, materials management, and facility coordination.
• Provide exceptional customer service to students, families, and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
• Experience in school or nonprofit operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems.
• Commitment to the mission of educational equity and excellence.
