Overview
Freedom Prep is a high-performing K-12 charter school network founded by a Black woman. We are a community of teachers & school leaders who are unapologetic about getting students to college. FPA accomplishes this mission by providing a structured, academically rigorous environment where students master core subjects, develop advanced academic skills, and demonstrate our core values of respect, responsibility, integrity, excellence, & community.
We have EXCELLENT teacher support. Our supportive school leaders are dedicated to helping teachers grow through weekly observations and feedback. We offer competitive salaries, weekly professional development, and strong school culture. We also offer a Teacher Residency Program through which we will pay for the teaching license & Master’s degree of recent college grads and career changers.
Freedom Prep believes that all students deserve access to quality education and that college should be accessible for all students. Of our five graduating classes of seniors, all were accepted into four-year colleges and universities. Education is FREEDOM! Join the movement!
